  I went there to purchase a hot tub I spoke to the salesman on the phone he told me that the price was 2700. out the door. So I went in to sign paper work for the hot tub the price on the hot tub was 2799. and the tax was included ... I pretty sure when you tell someone out the door that includes everything.. but not there... Than when the salesman was asked about it he lied and said he never said this so my out the door price went to 2966. When I asked him to see what could be done about this issue he said he spoke to his manager and there was nothing that could be done....so with this I have taken my business else where and have told many friends of mine that go there else where also .. I guess that thier business and reputation in the community doesn't matter to them so they have lost yet another sale ....poor customer service ....go to water works they keep thier word
