  Tyler and Dan were great to my fiance and I. We had horrible service at a few other locations, and I was at one point ready to walk out. Both Tyler and Dan kept their cool, and understood that my aggravation was not with them, but with T-Mobile in general. They took their time with us, made sure our questions were answered, and made sure we left 10x happier than when we walked in. By far some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with, and probably a reason why i decided to stay with T-Mobile.
